1. What OpportunityPH does

OpportunityPH organizes and promotes opportunities including jobs, scholarships, training, grants, internships, competitions, business programs and similar calls. Unless expressly stated, OpportunityPH is not the issuing organization and does not guarantee selection, employment, funding, admission or any other outcome.

2. Source responsibility

Users should verify requirements, dates and application instructions with the official issuing source before acting. If an OpportunityPH summary conflicts with an official source, the official source controls.

3. Organization submissions

Organizations submitting listings confirm that their information is accurate, lawful and authorized for publication. OpportunityPH may edit for clarity, verify claims, request proof, decline publication or remove a listing.

4. Paid promotion

Paid packages purchase additional visibility only. Payment does not guarantee approval, applicants, clicks, conversions or outcomes. A listing that violates these Terms may be rejected or removed even if a promotion fee was paid, subject to the Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited listings

Listings may not facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, deceptive recruitment, illegal products or services, exploitation, impersonation, or demands for unauthorized fees from applicants.

6. Changes

OpportunityPH may improve its features, pricing and policies. Material changes will apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.
