Information we collect
When an organization submits an opportunity, OpportunityPH may collect organization details, contact information, listing content, package selection, payment references, review records and technical information reasonably needed to operate and secure the service. If you join OpportunityPH Alerts, we collect the email address and preferences you voluntarily submit.
Browser-only personalization
Save Opportunity and Remember My Interests use local browser storage on your device. Those saved-item and interest settings are not uploaded to OpportunityPH by those features unless you separately submit information, such as an alert signup.
Why we use information
We use information to review and publish listings, verify sources, process or confirm payments, operate opt-in alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the service, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Public and private information
Approved listing content—such as the organization name, opportunity title, category, location, description, deadline and official source link—may be public. Submitter contact details, alert subscriber addresses, private admin notes and payment records are not intended for public display.
Service providers
OpportunityPH may use infrastructure, database, payment, email-delivery, analytics and advertising providers such as Vercel, Neon, PayMongo, a transactional email provider, and Google. Payment credentials and payment-method details are handled by the payment provider; OpportunityPH does not publish a personal GCash or Maya wallet number as a payment method.
Analytics and measurement
OpportunityPH may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and interactions, such as page views, searches, opportunity-source clicks, saved-opportunity actions, alert signups and organization listing activity. OpportunityPH does not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment credentials or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. Search text that appears to contain an email address or long phone/account-style number is redacted before analytics transmission.
Where required, analytics storage is controlled through consent signals. Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland may be asked to consent before analytics cookies are stored. Google Analytics data is used to improve OpportunityPH, evaluate traffic sources and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Advertising and Google AdSense
OpportunityPH may display advertising provided by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to OpportunityPH or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
Visitors can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where required by applicable law or Google policy, OpportunityPH will use an appropriate consent mechanism before personalized advertising or related storage/access technologies are used.
If additional third-party advertising vendors or networks are enabled in the future, this policy may be updated to identify them and describe available choices.
Alerts and communications
OpportunityPH will only use alert signup information for the service requested and related operational messages. Early-access signup does not guarantee immediate email delivery. Before automated broadcasts are activated, OpportunityPH intends to provide an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, security, dispute handling and legal requirements. We use access controls and server-side secret storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can clear saved opportunities and remembered interests through your browser storage controls. You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support@opportunityph.com, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
