No payment is required for a Standard listing.

Paid promotion before publication

If OpportunityPH rejects a paid submission before the purchased promotion begins, the promotion fee will generally be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law. Fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith submissions may be handled differently where law permits.

After promotion begins

Featured placement is a time-based digital service and is generally non-refundable after the promotion begins. If a material portion of a purchased promotion cannot be delivered because of an OpportunityPH platform error, OpportunityPH may extend the placement or provide an appropriate refund.

No outcome guarantee

Refunds are not provided merely because a listing receives fewer views, applications, clicks or hires than expected. Paid packages purchase visibility, not a guaranteed recruitment or application outcome.

How to request assistance

Contact billing@opportunityph.com with the OpportunityPH reference number and relevant payment information. Never send full card credentials or passwords by email.
